Care can be requested by having a physician's office fax an individual's demographics, along with a referral for home healthcare. Individuals may also request care by either faxing demographics to (405) 246-9606 or calling the home office at (405) 286-9140.

Best Choice accepts Medicare, selected health insurances, Worker's Compensation, and private funds. The DDS Medicaid waiver, if applicable, is also accepted.

Best Choice offers a variety of home healthcare services, including an RN supervised plan of care, diabetes and medication management, wound care, and more.
